Mix corn, flour, 1/4 cup butter, eggs, salt, pepper and milk until well combined.
Pour into buttered/greased 2 quart (or 8x8 inch) pan
Mix Ritz crackers with remaining 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top
Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes, or until browned on top and cooked through in the middle.
