Scalloped Corn

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, divided and melted
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)

Instructions: 
  • Mix corn, flour, 1/4 cup butter, eggs, salt, pepper and milk until well combined.
  • Pour into buttered/greased 2 quart (or 8x8 inch) pan
  • Mix Ritz crackers with remaining 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top
  • Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes, or until browned on top and cooked through in the middle.
