Sesame Green Beans (V, GF)

Serves 4
Ingredients: 
  • 12 - 16 ounces fresh green beans
  • good quality olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds (can be toasted if preferred)

Instructions: 
  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Wash and dry green beans
  • Place on a baking sheet in a single layer. 
  • Drizzle with plenty of olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste. 
  • Bake for 12 minutes, stirring/tossing about half way through cooking time.
  • Toss with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
  • Serve!
