2 Packages (6 ounces) long grain and wild rice mix
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 cups frozen pre-cooked shrimp (small)
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Salt/Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Place water and butter in a large saucepan; stir in the rice, contents of rice seasoning packet and curry powder.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add shrimp and bacon. Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
