16 thin asparagus spears, cut into bite-sized pieces
12 oz raw shrimp, peeled, de-veined and cut into bite-sized pieces
3 oz prosciutto, chopped
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt/Pepper, to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray and unroll pizza crust dough, patting into a 14x9 inch rectangle.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Spread with pesto, shrimp, asparagus, prosciutto and cheese. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt/pepper (to taste).
Bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp are done and crust is browned.
