Shrimp Pesto Pizza

​Serves 4
Time: 40 Minutes

Ingredients:
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 (10oz) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto
  • 16 thin asparagus spears, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz raw shrimp, peeled, de-veined and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 oz prosciutto, chopped
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt/Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions: 
  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray and unroll pizza crust dough, patting into a 14x9 inch rectangle.
  • Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Spread with pesto, shrimp, asparagus, prosciutto and cheese.  Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt/pepper (to taste).
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp are done and crust is browned.
