1 packet (1oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon water
1 1/2 lbs beef flank steak, cut into thin strips
3 cups mixed bell peppers and onion strips
4 (10") flour tortillas, warmed
Toppings if desired: guacamole, salsa, sour cream, etc
Instructions:
Combine seasoning & salad dressing mix with oil and water.
Saute steak strips in dressing mixture in a large skillet.
Add bell peppers and onions; cook until tender-crisp.
Place mixture in tortillas. Add fillings, if desired. Roll up tortillas to enclose fillings.
