Ingredients:
2 8oz packages cream cheese, cubed
1/2-3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 10-12 oz frozen chopped spinach
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 teaspoon prepared hot sauce
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Dippers of choice (veggie sticks, bread, crackers, chips, etc)
Instructions:
Combine cream cheese and heavy cream in small slow cooker. Cover and cook on high until cheese is melted (approximately 45 minutes).
Add the spinach, soup mix and hot sauce and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 45 minutes (if spinach is thawed) to 1 hour and 15 minutes (if spinach is frozen). Stir midway through cooking if needed.
Add green onions and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
**Can double or triple recipe for larger slow cookers**
