Smoked Salmon Canapes

Serves: 32 individual appetizers

Ingredients: 
  • 8 slices of bread (cottage bread works great)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely diced smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh onion
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill

Instructions: 
  • Make the cream cheese mixture by combining cream cheese, sour cream, salmon, onion and hot pepper sauce
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture on bread slices
  • Cut off the crusts from the bread
  • Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares
  • Sprinkle with dill
