Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes (dried, not packed in oil)
1/4 cup hot water
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon Bragg's Amino Acids or Tamari
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10-20 minutes (or longer).
Drain and add to dish of choice!
