A Natural Medicine Cure-all for optimum health! Serves 4 (1 cup servings)
4 cups filtered water
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
1 lemon (zested and juiced)
1 tangerine (zested and juiced)
1 cinnamon stick
2 allspice berries
4 green cardamom pods
1 whole clove
Pinch of saffron (optional)
1 Tablespoon honey
Put all ingredients (except honey) in small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Strain into a cup/glass and add honey.
Serve immediately. (can cool and store in fridge for up to 1 week).
