Lightly score the chicken breasts by making small cross-wise slits on the top. (like this ##).
Mix the soy sauce, olive oil and garlic together and pour over chicken. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Pour everything in a frying pan and cook on med-high heat for 10-15 minutes (turning once) until juices run clear.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve immediately, can serve as whole breasts or sliced into strips.
