Soy Chicken

DIETS: LC GF KT SC
Super easy...super fast...super good! 

Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced/pressed
  • Sesame seeds and green onions (for garnish)

Instructions: 
  • Lightly score the chicken breasts by making small cross-wise slits on the top.  (like this ##).
  • Mix the soy sauce, olive oil and garlic together and pour over chicken.  Let sit for 10-15 minutes. 
  • Pour everything in a frying pan and cook on med-high heat for 10-15 minutes (turning once) until juices run clear.  
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. 
  • Serve immediately, can serve as whole breasts or sliced into strips.
