Spiced Green Tea

DIETS: LC GF VG VT SC
Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 piece star anise
  • 1 lemon slice
  • Optional: Honey, stevia, or other sweetener, to taste

Instructions: 
  • Add tea bag, cinnamon stick, start anise, lemon slice and sweetener (if using) to a mug
  • Top with boiling water and steep for 3 minutes
  • Strain and serve!
