Spiced Pita Crisps

Servings: 4

Ingredients: 
  • 4 white or whole wheat pitas
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cumin
  • Salt

Instructions: 
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Brush pitas with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Bake on a cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes or until brown and starting to get crispy.
  • When cool enough to cut, cut each pita into 8 wedges.
