Make dressing by whisking together sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, oils and ramen seasoning packet.
Add the slaw mix and onion to a large bowl. Mix well.
Add the dressing to the slaw mix (if the dressing separates, stir well right before adding, then pour it on quickly).
Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours (or overnight).
Right before serving, add the ramen noodles (break into chunks first), nuts and seeds.
Add additional Salt/pepper, to taste
