Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute.
Raise heat to medium-high and add spinach until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the beans, 1/4-1/2 cup of the pasta water, and mushrooms, heat 2-3 minutes.
Drain pasta and add to skillet, mix with bean mixture. Season with salt & pepper, garnish with Parmesan cheese.
