Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, onions, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce in tightly covered container; shake until sugar and salt are dissolved. Refrigerate.
To serve: Combine spinach with sesame seeds in salad bowl. Toss with dressing; gently toss in strawberries.
