Add wine, whiskey, garlic, chili flakes, Worcestershire, salt & pepper in a small saucepan and mix well.
Brush both sides of steaks with mixture and set aside.
Heat remaining sauce mixture over med-high until boiling. Boil, uncovered about 10 minutes (or until reduced to about 1/3-1/2 cup).
Reduce heat to low and keep warm.
Lightly oil grill and preheat to med-high.
Grill steaks with lid closed, turning once, about 5 minutes on each side (for medium-rare) or until desired doneness.
Serve steaks warm with sauce drizzled on top
