Steamed Edamame (V, GF)

Serves 4

Ingredients: 
  • 1 pound frozen edamame in pods
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions: 
  • Place a steamer basket in a saucepan with 2 inches of water added.  
  • Add the edamame to the steamer basket, cover, and bring water to a boil. 
  • Boil/steam about 5 minutes, or until edamame is tender. 
  • Put edamame in a boil and salt to taste.
