Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions: 
  • Stir the oats and coconut water together and let sit for 5 minutes (while you assembly the rest of the ingredients).
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
