Super Skin Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1/4 cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 peach,  pit removed (leave peel on)
  • 1 apple, cored (leave peel on)
  • 1/2 inch slice of fresh ginger root (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
