1/2 of a 16oz can refried beans (regular or black)
1/2 cup salsa
2 avocados, peeled & pitted
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tomato, chopped
Black olives for garnish, if desired
Tortilla chips of choice
Mix beans and salsa together and spread evenly across a pie plate.
Combine avocado, lime juice, cilantro and salt in a separate bowl and mash/mix well. Spread over the top of the bean mixture.
Spread sour cream evenly on top of avocado layer.
Garnish with cheese, green onion, tomatoes and black olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
