Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup cooked Seasoned Taco Meat
1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup salsa
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons chopped ripe olives
5 flour tortillas (7 inches)
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Additional salsa
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in the taco meat, cheese, salsa, mayo, olives and onion. Spread over tortillas.
Sprinkle with lettuce; roll up tightly.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Unwrap and cut into 1-in pieces. Serve with additional salsa.
