Heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil over med-high heat in large skillet.
Brown the tenderloin in the oil until browned on all sides, then transfer to a 4-quart slow cooker.
In a medium bowl combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, remaining olive oil, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
Pour over the pork, cover and cook on low for 2 hours (or until 145F).
Cut meat into slices, drizzle with cooking liquid and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
