FOODS TO EAT MORE OF
  • Beet juice, leeks

ESSENTIAL OILS 
  • Helichrysum, juniper (inner ear, mastoid - do NOT let oil run down ear canal).

HERBAL
  • Wood Betony, ginkgo

NATURAL
  • Mix equal parts leek juice with rose oil and use as ear drops.

YOGA / MEDITATION THERAPY

SUPPLEMENTS
  • ​Ginkgo Biloba: 40 mg 3 times daily (should have at least 24% flavone glycosides)
  • Inositol Hexaniacinate: 500 mg 3 times daily (this form of niacin does not cause flushing)
  • Magnesium: 400 mg twice daily (take with food, reduce if it causes diarrhea)
  • Vitamin B6: 50 mg 3 times daily (200 mg daily over long term can cause nerve damage)
  • Vitamin B12/Folic Acid: 1,000 mcg vit B12 and 400 mcg folic acid daily (take sublingual form)
  • Zinc/Copper: 30 mg zinc (add 2 mg copper daily if using zinc longer than 1 month)
