Vitamin E: 400 IU twice daily (check with doctor if taking anticoagulant drugs).
Chasteberry: 225 mg extract each morning (also called vitex, should contain .5% agnuside).
Essential Fatty Acids: 1,000 mg evening primrose oil 3 times daily; 1 Tablespoon (14 grams) flaxseed oil daily (or use 1,000 mg borage oil once a day for primrose oil).
Magnesium: 600 mg daily (take with food, reduce if it causes diarrhea).
Vitamin B6: 100 mg twice daily for 1 week (take this amount only the week before menstruation, this dose can cause nerve damage if taken daily over long term).
