Foods to Eat More Of: 
  • Fruits: apples, apricots, berries, grapes, papayas, pears
  • Vegetables: arugula, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, collard greens, kale, onions, romaine lettuce, spinach, squash, watercress
