Where to Buy ​
  • Massage a blend with 1/2 oz of carrier oil with a few drops of any of the following oils: birch, borage, eucalyptus, evening primrose, ginger, lavender, peppermint, or wintergreen.
  • Black pepper, basil, elemi, pine, birch (massage on location).
  • Marjoram oil for aching limbs.
  • Rosemary  Oil.

  • Rub with castor oil.
  • Rub with olive oil before bed.
  • Take bath made as hot as possible with 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup Epsom Salts added.  
  • Take bath made of 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup salt and 2 Tablespoon sage to tub of very warm water. 
  • Mix equal parts water and vinegar.  Soak towel in mix and apply to sore areas for 5 minutes.  Then follow with a cold compress. ​
  • Nutmeg.
  • Thyme can ease muscle spasms and cramps. 
  • Black Cohosh, eucalyptus, cilantro/coriander, passionflower, feverfew

  • ​Calcium/Magnesium: 250 mg calcium and 500 mg magnesium twice daily (take with food).
  • Vitamin E: 400 IU daily (check with doctor if taking anticoagulant drugs).
  • Bromelain: 500 mg 3 times daily on an empty stomach (should provide 6,000 GDU or 9,000 MCU daily).
  • White Willow Bark: 1-2 pills 3 times daily as needed for pain (follow package directions) - should contain 15% salicin.
  • Creatine: 1 teaspoon creatine monohydrate powder daily.
  • Valerian: 250-500 mg extract at bedtime (start with lower dose and increase as needed)​.
