Rub with castor oil.
Rub with olive oil before bed.
Take bath made as hot as possible with 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup Epsom Salts added.
Take bath made of 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup salt and 2 Tablespoon sage to tub of very warm water.
Mix equal parts water and vinegar. Soak towel in mix and apply to sore areas for 5 minutes. Then follow with a cold compress.
