Tea made of ginger, goldenseal or peppermint. (3-4 cups daily).
Tea made of 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg and 1 teaspoon ground cumin in very hot water for 10 minutes, strain and drink (sweeten with honey if desired).
Acupressure: Place your right thumb on the inside of your left forearm, about 2 thumb-widths from the crease of your wrist. Press firmly with your thumb for about 1 minute, then move your thumb half a finger-width closer to the wrist crease. Apply firm pressure for about 1 minute more. Repeat on right forearm.
For stomach upsets: Fennel, lemon balm, chamomile, peppermint, bergamot/bitter orange, dandelion, or marsh mallow.
Ginger - in capsules, teas, or even candy, drinks and cookies. Ginger beer is ideal for children. Chinese medicine claims fresh ginger works better than dried for vomiting.
Mix juice of 2 lemons to a quart of warm water. Drink in small doses until gone.
