- Mix leek juice with bread to make a poultice.
- Make a fig poultice and apply to affected area.
- Ointments containing marshmallow and slippery elm.
- Lipomas (Lumps under the skin):
- Make an ointment out of Neem oil, Flaxseed oil and cooled green tea.
- Mix raw honey with some flour an apply to lump. Apply a thick layer. Cover with paper towel or bandage and leave it on 24-36 hours. Remove and repeat for 1 week. (try to use dark honey with whole grain flour).
- Mix 6 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 Tablespoons organic beeswax, 1 Tablespoons turmeric and 1 Tablespoons chickweed powder. Melt beeswax and add olive oil. Remove from heat and stir in herbs. Apply cooled mixture to lump.
- Castor Oil.
- Lemon Juice.
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar taken orally before bed and/or 1 glass of water with 1-3 teaspoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar 1-3 times a day. Adding honey may help with taste & healing as well.
- Mix 1/2 teaspoon turmeric to 1 Tablespoon carrier oil (olive, castor or coconut). Apply to lump (may stain skin/clothes).
- Chickweed, juniper.
- Thuju Occidentalis - mix extract with water and apply 2-3 time daily.
- Burdock root, Turmeric root or dandelion root (in pill form) - 4 capsules twice daily with meals for at least a month.
- Turmeric (mix with milk or water and drink 1-2 times daily).
- DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) - apply to clean skin with clean hands.
- Iodine - Use q-tip to apply twice daily.
- Drink at least 2 glasses a day of green, chickweed and/or bamboo tea.
- Bentonite clay: Mix with water and apply to affected area.
- Mix 1 teaspoon raw honey with avocado, lemon juice, egg white, coconut oil or yogurt and apply to lump.
- Mix water from 1 green tea bag with 2 Tablespoons plain yogurt and apply to lump.
- Mix 2 teaspoons honey with 1 cup of green tea and apply to lump.
- Cherry Angiomas (red spots, flat or raised):
- Apple Cider Vinegar: either applied directly to skin, or ingested.
- Increase Iodine consumption.
- Insert a needle or pin into a cork - or hold with a tweezers (so you don't burn yourself). Heat up the needle and apply to angioma. It should scab over and heal in about a week.
- Poke spot with pin (multiple spots if large) - apply an apple cider vinegar soaked cotton ball with a bandage/tape and leave on 30 minutes (or longer). Repeat daily until spot scabs over.
- Make a paste by mixing sandalwood powder and fresh basil or strawberry leaves (crushed).
- Mineral oil of magnesium applied to area.
- Cansema or bloodroot applied to area.
- Pascalite clay applied to area.
- Epsom salts or celtic sea salts with hydrogen peroxide applied to the area.

- Vitamin C Powder: 1/2 teaspoon can be mixed with a little water and applied as a skin compress twice daily).
- Garlic Oil: Moisten a skin compress with garlic oil (apply at bedtime, remove in the morning until wart heals).
- Goldenseal: Soak a skin compress with tincture (apply at bedtime, remove in the morning until wart heals).
- Pau d'arco: Soak a skin compress with tincture (apply at bedtime, remove in the morning until wart heals).
- Aloe Vera Gel: Put dab of gel on skin compress.
- The sap of both greater celandine and dandelion and wood spurge, which can be squeezed onto warts 2-3 times daily.
- Raw onion juice.
- Fresh crushed thyme leaves.
- Castor oil (cover with gauze and leave for 30 minutes). Do this 3 times daily for about 3 weeks (or until wart disappears).
- Apply pure apple cider vinegar on the wart and immediately cover with baking soda (as much as you can pile on). Leave for 10 minutes, then wash off. Repeat 3 times daily until wart disappears (should work within 1 week).
- White sap from dandelion stems rubbed directly on area.
- hawthorn, slippery elm
- Ointments containing marshmallow and slippery elm.
- Warts:
- Vit A: 50,000 IU twice daily for 10 days (pregnant women should not exceed 5,000 IU daily).
- Vitamin C: 1,000 mg 3 times daily (reduce if it causes diarrhea).
