Place turkey on a baking rack on top of a baking sheet.
Combine the garlic, butter, parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary and lemon juice and mix well.
Rub half the mixture over the turkey and sprinkle with salt & pepper. (save the rest of the mixture for the gravy).
Roast the turkey 45 minutes (or as directed on package)
Melt remaining garlic-herb butter over medium heat in medium saucepan.
Whisk in flour until well combined.
Add stock, Worcestershire sauce and salt/pepper and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the cream and cheese.
Serve over cooked turkey
