Melt butter in 12" skillet until sizzling; add turkey slices. Cook over med-high heat, turning once, until turkey is no longer pink (9-11 minutes). Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Place garlic and mushrooms in same skillet. Cook over medium heat until mushrooms are softened (3-4 minutes). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in green onions. Continue cooking until heated through (2-3 minutes).
To serve, spoon mushrooms over turkey.
