Vanilla Matcha

DIETS: LC GF KT SC VG VT
Serves 1
This creamy matcha latte combines antioxidant-rich matcha green tea with warm cinnamon and smooth vanilla for a naturally energizing drink that's both delicious and nourishing.

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (can substitute regular or other non-dairy milk if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Sweetener, if desired (I use about 1 teaspoon of Stevia)

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
  • Heat over medium heat just until boiling.
  • Remove from heat, pour into mugs and drink immediately.
