Vegan Pastry Dough

Time: 45 Minutes

Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2-3/4 cup almond or oat milk

Instructions:
  • Mix flour and salt.
  • Cut butter into chunks and mix with hands or pastry blender until butter is broken down into pea-sized chunks.
  • Add milk and mix until combined.  
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using/rolling.
