If using pull-apart rolls, carefully cut through them horizontally so there is a top half and bottom half. If using hamburger buns, slice each in half.
Place the bun bottoms in a baking dish or cookie sheet.
Mix mayo and pesto in a small bowl and spread over the bottoms.
Top with artichokes, peppers, pepperoncini and cheese.
Cover with the top halves of the buns.
Brush the tops with oil and sprinkle with the Italian Seasoning.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
