Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, quartered and thinly sliced
1 red cabbage, quartered and thinly sliced
Salt/Pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
Instructions:
Heat the garlic, vinegar, olive oil and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add cabbage with a little salt and cook until leaves begin to soften and color changes from red to pink.
Remove from heat and add the olives, nuts and salt/pepper to taste.
Serve warm
