Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups cubed ripe seedless watermelon
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and halved
  • juice of 1/2 a lime, plus lime slice for garnish
  • 1 cup filtered or soda water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (or blend some in)

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
