1 cucumber, peeled and halved
juice of 1/2 a lime, plus lime slice for garnish
1 cup filtered or soda water
1 cup ice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (or blend some in)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
