In a soup pot, add chopped bacon pieces and cook until crispy.
Add onion, carrot, celery and spices and cook until veggies are tender, about 5-10 minutes.
Stir in broth, spinach and beans and simmer 15 minutes.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
