1 cup powdered sugar (plus a little extra for garnishing)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine flour, sugar, baking cocoa and baking soda in bowl and mix well.
Add milk, egg and margarine and beat until well blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges are crisp.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Beat butter, shortening and marshmallow creme with a mixer until creamy.
Add vanilla and mix until well blended.
Add powdered sugar and beat for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often.
Spread over half of the cookies and then top with remaining cookies to make a sandwich.
Sift a little powdered sugar over the top.
