- Infertility in general: Anise, bergamot, clary sage, cypress, fennel, geranium, melissa, nutmeg, Roman chamomile, sage, thyme, yarrow, ylang ylang

- Vitamin B Complex: 1 pill each morning with food (look for B-50 complex with 50 mcg vitamin B12 and biotin; 400 mcg folic acid; and 50 mg all other B vitamins).
- Vitamin B6: 50 mg daily (200 mg daily over long term may cause nerve damage).
- Vitamin E: 100 IU twice daily (check with doctor if taking anticoagulant drugs).
- Zinc/Copper: 30 mg zinc (add 2 mg copper daily if using zinc longer than 1 month).
- Essential Fatty Acids: 1,000 mg evening primrose oil 3 times daily; 1 Tablespoon (14 grams) flaxseed oil daily (or use 1,000 mg borage oil once daily for primrose oil).
- Siberian Ginseng: 100-300 mg extract twice daily (do not use while menstruating, stop using as soon as you find out you are pregnant).
- Chasteberry/False Unicorn Root: 1/2 teaspoon tincture of each twice daily (do not use while menstruating, stop using as soon as you find out you are pregnant).
- Flaxseed oil: 1 Tablespoon (14 grams) daily (can be mixed with food; take in the morning).
- PABA: 300mg-12g daily
