- Fruits: avocado, berries, bananas, cherries, clementines, grapefruit, lemons, limes, oranges, pears, red grapes, tangerines, tomatoes
- Vegetables: artichoke, arugula, beets (including the greens), broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, collard greens, kale, onions, red/green bell peppers, romaine lettuce, spinach, sweet potatoes, watercress
- Fish (especially mackerel, salmon, sardines & tuna), buckwheat, dulse, kelp, beans, nuts, oats
- Olive oil, soy products, seeds (especially flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), wheat germ, whole grains, popcorn

ESSENTIAL OILS
- Basil, cypress, eucalyptus, helichrysum, peppermint, patchouli, clary sage, frankincense (on location - mix with a little water, lower back, abdomen, bottom of feet).
NATURAL/HERBAL
- Alfalfa, burdock (seed & root), cayenne, chamomile, chickweed, dandelion (leaf & root), garlic, ginger, golden seal, horse chestnut, milk thistle, noni, parsley, plantain, sage, white oak bark, witch hazel, yarrow
- Moderate daily exercise.
- Flaxseeds: 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseeds in large glass of water daily (drink at least 8 glasses of water daily).
- St. John's Wort Ointment or Infused Oil: apply ointment 3-4 times daily, as needed (very beneficial when used after a poop).
- Elderberry Poultice: Grind up small amount of herb and mix with warm water to make paste, spread paste between 2-3 layers of gauze, place poultice against the rectum and leave it in place for a few hours).
- Ointments containing chamomile, marigold, and agrimony.
- Drink teas made of herb Robert, and/or lady's mantle.
- Insert 1 garlic clove several inches into rectum and leave . When it is expelled with the next bowel movement, insert another one. Repeat until healed.
- Mix 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder with 1 Tablespoon of raw honey and apply it with a cotton swab to affected area.
- Drink 1/2 cup aloe vera juice in the morning and evening
- Juice rhubarb and drink daily (omit if you have rheumatism, gout, arthritis, stones)

- Acidophilus: 1-2 capsules daily
- Aesculus hippocastanum 30c
