FOODS TO EAT MORE OF
- Fruits: apples, bananas, berries, cantaloupe, clementines, grapefruit, lemons, limes, oranges, pears, pomegranate, pumpkin, tangerines, tomatoes (1 source reports 1 can of cooked tomatoes daily aided in prostrate tumor size)
- Vegetables: arugula, asparagus, beets, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, collard greens, kale, onions, red/green bell peppers, romaine lettuce, spinach, watercress
- Soy Products: Tofu, miso, etc.
- Shellfish, fish (especially salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna), brown rice, egg yolks
- Nuts (especially almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans), seeds (especially flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), kelp, beans

- Garlic, fenugreek, ginger, goldenrod, green tea, parsley, plantain, saw palmetto berries, Siberian ginseng, stinging nettle root (fresh), turmeric
NATURAL
- Physical nonactivity (and sexual nonactivity) could trigger prostate problems.
SUPPLEMENTS
- Amino Acids: 500 mg each of glycine, glutamine and alanine daily (after 1 month add a mixed amino acid complex)
- Flaxseed Oil: 1 Tablespoon (14 grams) daily (can be mixed with food, take in the morning)
- Nettle: 250 mg twice daily (should contain at least 1% plant silica)
- Pygeum Africanum: 100 mg twice daily between meals (should contain 13% sterols)
- Saw Palmetto: 160 mg twice daily between meals (should have 85-95% fatty acids and sterols)
- Vitamin E: 400 IU daily (check with doctor if taking anticoagulant drugs)
- Zinc/ Copper: 30-80 mg zinc (add 2 mg copper daily if using zinc longer than 1 month)
